We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 

If you've ever booked an appointment or reservation and didn't cancel within the required time(or forget to cancel entirely), you may have encountered a "lack of cancellation notice charge". The fee is 40% of service requested, charged when a customer fails to provide sufficient notice of cancellation, typically within 24 hours.
